Our Process
Step 1: Lot / Land Acquisition
& Consultation
Build on one of our vacant lots or bring us a lot you have already purchased. This is step one in deciding the perfect design-build process that best fits your needs.
Step 2: Design & Budget
Work directly with our preferred plan designer and selections coordinator to determine site, plan and budget requirements or restrictions. By being involved in your home's design, we can ensure we align on every detail specifically tailored to your lifestyle.
Step 3: Construction
Once construction begins, our owner-builder software will help provide organization and updates during the build. You will be informed on major decisions and milestones from start to finish. From show room meetings to job-site walkthroughs, our team will work diligently to bring your vision to reality.
Step 4: Finishes & Completion
Near the end of your project, our team will meet with you frequently to ensure the build is to your satisfaction. Final inspections will help your moving transition to be as seamless as possible!
